Users agree to use NotaHubTrust only for lawful purposes and not in any manner that could damage or impair its operation.

Services offered are intended for residents within Canada. Access or use from other jurisdictions is not authorized unless permitted by applicable laws.

User Accounts

Creating an account with NotaHubTrust is required to access certain service features and is subject to these account terms.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating accounts to ensure valid and effective service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing your login details is not permitted.

Notify NotaHubTrust immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account to mitigate risks.

Service Overview

NotaHubTrust provides professional notary services including document notarization, certification, and remote witnessing under applicable Canadian laws.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice but will strive to minimize disruption.

While we aim to keep services accessible, technical issues or maintenance may cause occasional downtime.

User Conduct Rules

Users agree to the following conduct rules when using NotaHubTrust:

• Use services only for intended legal and notarial purposes.
• Avoid submitting fraudulent or misleading information.
• Refrain from unauthorized access attempts or disruptive actions.
• Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others.
• Comply with all Canadian laws applicable to notary services.
• Do not use the platform to transmit harmful or illegal content.
• Report any suspicious or abusive behavior encountered on the platform.

User Content

Content you upload or submit to NotaHubTrust as part of service use is subject to these terms.

You retain ownership of your submissions but grant NotaHubTrust a license to use content as needed to provide services.

This license allows NotaHubTrust to host, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to deliver requested services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all legal requirements and does not infringe rights.

NotaHubTrust reserves the right to remove content that violates terms or is unlawful.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to NotaHubTrust branding, website design, and service software remain the exclusive property of NotaHubTrust.

• No unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of NotaHubTrust protected materials.
• Use of activity and logos must comply with explicit written permission from NotaHubTrust.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with proprietary technologies is prohibited.

Paid Services

Certain notary services offered on NotaHubTrust require payment as outlined in the pricing section.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Payments must be made through the accepted secure methods before services are delivered.

Subscription services, where offered, are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to service delivery and applicable laws.

Users can cancel paid services or subscriptions by providing notice through the provided contact channels.

Applicable taxes will be added to payments as required by Canadian tax regulations.

Pricing may be updated periodically with notice provided for ongoing subscriptions.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NotaHubTrust services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall NotaHubTrust be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.

Third-Party Services

NotaHubTrust may partner with third parties for certain aspects of service delivery. Such third parties are independent and not responsible for user agreements with NotaHubTrust.

Termination

NotaHubTrust reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access for violation of terms or legal reasons at its discretion.

Termination will result in loss of access to services, and outstanding fees may still be payable.
